Swire Restaurants has opened REPUBLIC, a sub-brand of PUBLIC, the expansive international restaurant and deli located at One Island East, Quarry Bay, ensuring busy business travellers always have great dining options close to the city’s major commercial precincts.
Located in Devon House, Taikoo Place, the 110-seated self-serviced eatery serves a wide range of culinary options Monday to Friday from 7 am to 8 pm, including healthy salads and breakfast bowls, freshly baked pastries and made-to-order food items highlighting Asian delicacies. Under the direction of executive chef, David Parkin, REPUBLIC offers a comfortable balance between quality meals and affordable prices.

Diners can pick up their daily breakfast from various food stations offering local favourites as well as dishes inspired by Japanese, Vietnamese, Indian and Italian options.
