Air Canada is expanding its services and offerings to provide additional flexibility and comfort to business travellers flying between Hong Kong and the Americas.
With the strong demand for travel to North America, the Air Canada capacity expansion, which follows soon after the announcement of new services between Vancouver and Singapore, offers travellers greater connectivity on important Trans-Pacific routes.
With the new frequency, the carrier is reinforcing the link between its extensive North American network to Hong Kong, enhancing convenience for leisure and business travellers alike. Starting from the week of May 13, Canada’s national carrier will introduce an additional weekly flight between Hong Kong and Vancouver, operating a total of 11 flights per week during the summer season. With the added flights scheduled for morning departures from Hong Kong, passengers can arrive in Vancouver early in the morning and efficiently connect to the airline’s more than 100 North America destinations with ease.
For travellers who are busy with work during the day, Air Canada’s daily evening flights also offer a better complement to their working schedules, with an opportunity to connect with ease with cities on the west coast or major gateways in North America.
In addition, the airline will resume its seasonal Vancouver to Bangkok service, North America’s only nonstop flight option to Bangkok, effective October 27, 2024. Due to the increased popularity and success of this flight since its implementation in 2022, Air Canada has moved up the start date which previously commenced at the beginning of December.
